💻 Tech Stuff
What browser should I use with InSpace?
You'll need to use a compatible browser: Google Chrome, Firefox, Brave, or Edge.
❗InSpace is not compatible with Safari.
What kind of computer or device can I use with InSpace?
Please look at the InSpace system requirements here. Many computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones work with InSpace.
If your device has fewer than 8GB RAM (in other words, if your computer doesn't have a lot of memory), you may see a pop-up message that you've been placed in InSpace Lite Mode. You'll see only three streaming videos simultaneously (plus the host’s), so you can still participate in class without interruptions.
How do I download the InSpace App?
If you want to use InSpace on your mobile or tablet, download the InSpace Mobile App. If you're on the go and your WiFi is unstable, this can be a good backup option.
