How to Share and Control PPT & PDF Files in InSpace with InSpace Cloud Sharing

InSpace is a versatile platform that allows you to collaborate with others seamlessly. With its PPT & PDF sharing feature, you can easily share your presentations and documents with others in your space and control them directly from within the platform. This article will guide you through the simple steps to share and control your PPT & PDF files in InSpace.

To share your PPT / PDF follow the steps below:

1. Click the 'Start Sharing' option.
2. Select the 'PPT & PDF Share' button.
3. Click the 'Upload File' to choose your file from your computer. .pdf, .ppt, and .pptx files are all compatible with this feature. 
4. Once your file has been uploaded, select the 'Present' option. 

Your file will then appear, allowing you to click on the screen's bottom left corner to move your slide or pages forward and back. You can also scroll up and down when your PDF is being shared.

The maximum supported file size for PPT, PPTX, and PDF is 50 MB.
