Steps to Fix

‘The host ended the session, you can rejoin if the host reopens the space.'

User tries to join the space but the session is ended

None. If the host has ended the session, guests cannot rejoin. 

'An error on your local network caused your removal from the space.'

A network error when admin joins the space

  • Refresh the page. 
  • Check Internet connection. 
  • Update browser. 

'An error on your local network caused your removal from the space. If the host is still in the space, you can rejoin.'

A network error when non admin joins the space

  • Refresh the page. 
  • Check Internet connection. 
  • Update browser. 

'We took you out of this space, because you joined the same space with the same account.'

User joins the same space with different tab/device

Do not log in with the same email address to the same Space even in a different tab, browser, or incognito window. 

If you need to be in the same session twice, you’ll need a second InSpace account using a different email address. 

'You left the space.'

Admin leaves the space

Click ‘Join’ to go back into the Space. 

'You ended the session for everyone.'

Host/Co-host end the session for all

Click ‘Join’ to relaunch the session for everyone. 

'The host removed you from the space. You can rejoin if the host is still in the space.'

User gets kicked out/removed by the host (temporary)

Click ‘Join’ to go back into the session. 

‘The host removed you from the space. You cannot rejoin during this session.'

User gets kicked out or removed from the whole session

None. The user cannot rejoin until the next new session in the Space begins. 

'The host removed you from the space. As a host, you can rejoin at any time.'

Co-host gets kicked out

Click ‘Join’ to rejoin the session. 

'You left the space. If the host is still in space you can rejoin.'

User leaves the space

Click ‘Join to rejoin the session.’ 

If the host has left, the participant cannot rejoin.

'You ended the event for everyone.'

Admin ends the event for all

Click ‘Join’ to restart the event session. 

'You left the event.'

Admin User leaves the event

Click ‘Join’ to rejoin the event. 

'You left the event. If the host is still in event you can rejoin.'

User leaves the event

Click ‘Join’ to rejoin the event. 

If the host has left, the participant cannot rejoin.

'This space has just been closed, you can rejoin if the host reopens the space.'

User tries to join but the session is ended

None. Participants cannot join the session without the host present. 

'This space has just been closed.'

Admin tries to join but the session ended at that time

Click ‘Join’ to relaunch the session. 

'Participant limit has been reached for this space.'

Space limit reached

Join a different subspace.

'Failed to connect, please check your internet connection.'

During joining, there is an unspecified network error from the user side
