Do you see this error in your LMS? There are some common causes you can check before you open an InSpace support ticket.

  1. Are you correctly signed in to your LMS? Please try signing out and in again to refresh your integration.
  2. Do you have two or more 2 URLs for your LMS? For example, some institutions have vanity URLs or are using redirects, in addition to multiple instances. If InSpace has only been installed on one instance, this can cause the error. All URLs must be included in your integration. Please contact InSpace to correct this, or contact your LMS admin to update it on the InSpace admin settings dashboard (https://app.inspace.chat/dashboard/settings). Please also check that the URLs are entered correctly. Even typing ‘http:’ instead of ‘https:’ can cause this error to appear.
  3. Please try temporarily turning off any browser extensions you might be using, or any adblockers, malware detection, and antivirus software. You can read more about this issue here.
