      How to delete a background from your InSpace gallery

      Easily manage the uploaded backgrounds in your InSpace gallery

      A gif depicts the sequence of clicks needed to open the InSpace background image gallery and delete an in-use image, including the pop-up warning.

      As of August 2023, InSpace hosts may curate their InSpace galleries more seamlessly by deleting uploaded backgrounds--even when the background image is in use in another space. 

      When deleting an in-use image, the host will see a warning message that the background is used in other spaces. If the host proceeds with deletion, the image in the other spaces will be replaced with the InSpace default space image. 

      Note: Images pre-loaded into the gallery by InSpace do not count against hosts' gallery storage totals and cannot be deleted by individual customers.
