How to Toggle Attendee Names in InSpace

Customize Your Attendee List Display

In InSpace sessions, hosts and co-hosts have the option to customize the display of attendee names. This is useful for sessions where hosts may need support learning attendee names or when there is a focus on collaboration and conversation. Here's how you can toggle attendee names on and off:

1. Open the Attendee List.
2. Click on the Settings Gear located on the top of the attendee list.
3. Toggle On/Off Display Attendee Names.
4. The names of attendees will appear at the bottom of their circles.
