After you create a space from your host dashboard, you have the ability to assign co-hosts to that space. Co-hosts have the same permissions as a host which include recording, starting and ending meetings, and creating breakout rooms.
Once you create a space from your dashboard you will have a 'co-hosting' button available for you to add co-hosts.
Once you select the 'co-hosting' button, you will be able to add the emails of those you wish to grant co-hosting privileges. *Note: You will only be able to add the emails of those from your own organization if your InSpace account is set up using an organization email. If you are using a Google, or Yahoo email account you will be able to assign co-hosting using any valid email address.
Once you type in the email address, select enter / return on your keyboard. You can add as many co-hosts as you would like to your space. When finished adding all the emails, click the 'Done' button.
Those who have been added as co-hosts will receive an email from InSpace notifying them that they have been made a co-host to that specific space. Your co-hosted spaces will be listed on the left hand side of your host dashboard.
